The Government Relations Officer (Real Estate Regulatory Compliance & Stakeholder Liaison) role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, within the real estate and property management sector, supporting Kaizen AMS operations. The role is responsible for acting as the primary liaison between Kaizen AMS and government authorities, regulatory bodies, and municipal departments to ensure continuous alignment with UAE property, utility, and municipal regulations. The position involves actively monitoring, gathering, and analyzing updates on laws, circulars, and government directives that impact property management, leasing, and facilities management operations. The officer maintains a centralized Government Relations Register, classifying updates by authority, risk level, and business impact, and tracks regulatory developments from key authorities including Dubai Land Department, RERA, DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Security Industry Regulatory Agency, and Dubai Development Authority. The role requires conducting detailed regulatory impact assessments across multiple departments such as Leasing, Operations, Property Management, Facilities Management, Sales, Brokerage, and Finance, translating complex regulatory changes into actionable guidance to ensure compliance and operational alignment. The officer prepares impact assessment notes, escalation reports, and executive summaries for leadership, ensuring urgent regulatory updates are communicated promptly to the Compliance Manager and senior stakeholders. The role includes maintaining a government relations dashboard to track updates, trends, and departmental impact, as well as supporting internal communication, awareness sessions, and workshops to ensure organizational understanding of regulatory changes. Additionally, the position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with government stakeholders to support strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and organizational reputation. The role requires strong expertise in regulatory compliance, UAE property regulations, utility regulations, municipal frameworks, and the ability to interpret and operationalize regulatory requirements within a real estate and facilities management environment.
