Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure & Road Bridges Engineering

Lead the end-to-end management of complex infrastructure, road bridge, bridge construction, steel structure, marine engineering, harbor, marina, jetty, wharf, and facility management projects for a leading engineering organization. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects in accordance with technical specifications, contractual obligations, approved schedules, financial objectives, quality standards, and safety requirements established by management and the contract terms and conditions. The role oversees project execution from tendering and cost estimation through design coordination, planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contract administration, commercial management, project delivery, handover, and final acceptance. Responsibilities include implementing site regulations, enforcing personnel discipline, managing project risks, evaluating technical limitations, identifying site constraints, implementing mitigation strategies, coordinating engineering designs, approving commercial, administrative, and technical documentation, and maintaining communication with clients and consultants in accordance with company guidelines. The position manages planning, scheduling, budgeting, invoicing, accounting, cost control, monthly budget-versus-actual cost analysis, change orders, additional works, contractual variations, claims, subcontractor negotiations, supplier management, QA/QC documentation, material submittals, technical specifications, clarification meetings, coordination with internal divisions, resource allocation, pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities, project acquisition initiatives, and tender leadership. The role requires continuous monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly project performance, reporting progress to management at agreed intervals, delegating responsibilities, developing work schedules and method statements, executing project handover procedures, monitoring invoice acceptance, and ensuring successful delivery of RTA infrastructure and road bridge projects. The successful candidate will possess extensive experience managing major infrastructure and road bridge projects, strong commercial and contractual awareness, comprehensive engineering knowledge, leadership capability, planning expertise, analytical thinking, organizational excellence, computer proficiency, and strong English communication skills while contributing to the company's commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability.
