The Manager – Partner Sales (AI Solutions & Strategic Alliances) is responsible for building, executing, and scaling partner-led go-to-market (GTM) strategies that accelerate the adoption and commercial success of Inception's Artificial Intelligence (AI) products and solutions. Operating within Inception, a G42 company and the region's leading AI innovator, the role owns a strategic portfolio of technology partners including Microsoft, System Integrators (SIs), global and regional consulting firms such as Bain and McKinsey, aggregators, Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs), and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The position is accountable for converting partner influence into qualified sales pipeline, pilot engagements, Marketplace opportunities, and commercial revenue while expanding enterprise customer relationships across government, education, and regulated industries. The role develops and executes partner go-to-market strategies, joint account plans, co-sell initiatives, marketplace commercialization strategies, and partner enablement programs while collaborating closely with Product, Solutioning, Delivery, Sales, Legal, Procurement, Security, and Finance teams. Responsibilities include leading Microsoft co-sell activities, coordinating joint customer pursuits, building repeatable sales motions, managing partner ecosystems, supporting proposals and Requests for Proposal (RFPs), coordinating Statements of Work (SOWs), maintaining CRM pipeline accuracy, driving sales forecasting, and ensuring disciplined opportunity management from lead qualification through pilot execution and commercial closure. The Manager also develops partner enablement assets, competitive positioning, value propositions, discovery frameworks, objection handling guides, sales collateral, and reference stories while gathering market feedback to influence product and solution development. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field, with an MBA considered advantageous, together with 7–10 years of experience in Partner Sales, Alliances, Enterprise Sales, Business Development, or Consulting within Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud, Analytics, or Enterprise Technology environments. Strong expertise is required in Microsoft Co-Sell, Microsoft Partner Programs, CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot, pipeline management, forecasting, Marketplace commercialization, partner ecosystems, System Integrators (SIs), ISVs, CSPs, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, commercial negotiations, and complex procurement processes within regulated industries.
